Christine's Scotch Plains-Fanwood team defeated Edison 1-0 Saturday to take third place in Intercounty League U-17 girls soccer for the spring season. It was a fine finish for the team, which struggled in the early part of the season.It also concluded Christine's youth league soccer career.
